My first steps
We developed and implemented the project “My first steps”. We restored and refurbished an abandoned building in Tomepampa and made it the new kindergarten, a suitable and safe place where 1 to 3 years old infants could be nurtured and taken well cared of.
Kindergarten
We built a kindergarten in Achambi, an isolated town in the province of La Unión, at an altitude of 12,040 feet above sea level. We also bought educational material for the new nursery and equipment for all the children of Achambi.
Educational materials
Proporcionamos regularmente materiales educativos para los niños de New Hope.
Didactic materials
We equipped this kindergarten with didactic materials and recreational games that contribute to the mental development of children and their ability to interact with their peers.
Kitchen equipment
We bought and delivered cooking equipment for the kitchen of the Honofre Benavides School in Tomepampa.
Visits to an ophthalmology center
We are funding visits to an ophthalmology center for a regular check up and purchase of glasses for children living in New Hope Children’s Home in Arequipa.
Fundraising events
We organize fundraising events that allow us to purchase additional materials and resources for the children
